Privacy Statement Dynamic People
This is the privacy statement of Dynamic People (Dynamic People B.V. and its affiliated companies). In this statement you will find the information regarding the personal data that you provide to us when you use our websites and services.
We handle and protect the personal data of all our customers and visitors with the greatest of care. In all events, Dynamic People adheres to the requirements of the General Data Protection Act (GDPR), which went into effect on 25 May 2018.
When does Dynamic People process personal data?
When providing our services (for example, when you fill out a contact form, request a quote, use our services or otherwise have contact with Dynamic People), we register certain data. Dynamic People uses this data for the performance of the agreement with you, for its other services, and to keep customers informed of current and new products and services. What personal data does Dynamic People collect?

Dynamic People also collects data when you request information, make inquiries about our products, ask a question via our website or otherwise get in contact with us. In addition to the personal data that you provide to us, Dynamic People collects, records and processes additional information about your use of our website(s), without identifying its visitors. Information about the usage of the site, such as the most frequently viewed page, are collected. We use this information to optimize our website by placing more targeted information on our website. This way Dynamic People can continuously finetune its services.

Protecting your personal data and the accuracy of the data we collect is important to us. Dynamic People takes the appropriate technical and organizational steps to secure your personal data from unauthorized access, unauthorized use and unauthorized disclosure.

Your personal data will shared with third parties if this is necessary for the execution of the agreement to provide our services, if we have a legal obligation to do so, or in the event where we use such third parties as part of our services. When we use the services of third parties, we ensure that a data processing agreement has been concluded, so that your data will be treated confidentially by these third parties in accordance with it agreed purpose. If part of the agreement with you, your data may be passed on to third parties located outside the EU.
What rights do you have regarding your personal data?
You have the right to access your personal data, but also to change, transfer, restrict or delete it. You can also object to (further) processing of your personal data and request us to limit the processing of your personal data.

Retention period
Dynamic People does not save your personal data longer than necessary for the achievement of the objectives described above, in other words, the purposes for which it was collected. In any case, we keep the personal data provided by you for the period necessary to carry out the requested services. Certain data have legal retention periods. For example, we have a fiscal retention obligation of at least seven years. We therefore save invoices sent to you for this specified period.
Data which is anonymized may be retained longer for solely statistical purposes.

If required, this privacy statement may be changed from time to time.
