The NCOI group chooses Dynamic People
NCOI Groep is an educational organization in the Benelux, with 23 labels in the education sector within the group, each with its own type of customers, its own products and its own identity. Making lifelong learning and development possible for everyone, that is what NCOI Group stands for. Every year they increase the knowledge, skills and competences of more than 20.000 employees, and that number is still growing.
In the search for optimization of their finance (ERP) system, NCOI came to Dynamic People. Due to the rapid growth they are currently undergoing, they have asked Dynamic People to renew and optimize their ERP (finance) and CRM (sales & marketing) systems.
Scalability comes first
Entrepreneurship and flexibility are of paramount importance at NCOI. They like to go along with the innovation. Especially with their ambition to continue to grow, it is important that the systems are flexible and scalable. Dynamic People will facilitate this by implementing Dynamics 365 Finance, Dynamics 365 Sales & Marketing and its own Dynamic People CPQ module in order to optimize the processes even more and provide better support.
Preferred partner
In the collaboration, NCOI has chosen Dynamic People as their preferred partner for the implementation of Microsoft Software. “It’s nice to have a partner you can rely on, that ensures continuity,” says NCOI. Another factor is Dynamic People’s Microsoft Gold status. “This gives access to more information at Microsoft, but it also says something about the level of knowledge of Dynamic People”. The match was mainly due to the professionalism and the shared degree of ambition, flexibility and entrepreneurial spirit. “We felt the click there.”

NCOI Groep now brings together several educational organizations’ (such as LOI, NTI and Schoevers), and there is a great ambition to continue to grow.
