Where are you from?

I was born in Heemskerk, grew up in Castricum, and have lived in Amsterdam for many years now.

What makes Dynamic People unique?

Dynamic People stands for delivering quality. This is evident not only from the implementations we do, but also from the fact that Dynamic People invests in the knowledge and quality of the employees. In addition, the flat and open organizational structure ensures that switching between them is very quick and easy.

What’s your role within Dynamic People?

I am both a functional Dynamics 365 CE consultant and project manager. I am also closely involved in incident and service management.

What do you look for in a job, and what makes working for Dynamic People so much fun?

The ability to constantly learn and take new steps. I think it is important to work with open, motivated and helpful colleagues. Both elements are present at Dynamic People.

What are your ambitions?

I want to further develop as a consultant and project manager. I find it a challenge to convert customers’ questions and problems into attractive solutions. Both require being able to listen to and consult with the customer and to convert the wishes that exist into good and realistic plans and solutions.

Do you have a particular passion/ hobby?

You can find me weekly at every match of Ajax to watch them win. If possible, I travel to see a away game of Ajax in Europe. Besides that I like to sing, play board games, run gergularly and enjoy having a drink or having fun with friends and family members.

What, would you say, is your life motto?

Carpe Diem!
