A conversation with
Sean Abbood

Solving problems while creating something meaningful is what energizes Sean. With a background in marketing and product design, he has a unique talent for combining strategy with user experience. “I don’t just want to build solutions; I want to create a user experience that is easy and effective to use. Something that truly helps clients move forward,” Sean shares. This passion led him to Dynamic People, where he could not only design solutions but actually build them. Sean now works as a CE consultant, assisting the Customer Solutions team with a focus on the Power Platform and D365.

Why Dynamic People?

“I’m entrepreneurial by nature and love coming up with new ideas that help people! At Dynamic People, I’m given the space and trust to do exactly that. There are no standard assignments here; you’re encouraged to spot opportunities, think alongside the client, and make a real impact.”

Projects and impact

Sean has contributed to a wide range of projects, bringing a user-centric approach and an entrepreneurial mindset to the team. He consistently demonstrates a deep understanding of customer needs and strives to create meaningful solutions.

“It’s important to me to truly understand clients, how their business operates, what they need and how we can work together to create great solutions for their use cases. I’m always looking for ways to simplify and improve processes, making them more user-friendly,” Sean explains.

 Notable Project: Van Raam Collaboration

One standout project was the partnership with Van Raam, a manufacturer of customized bicycles. “Van Raam helps people around the world regain mobility with smart, custom bikes. It was a textbook example of partnership: we worked closely with Van Raam to help unify their departments and digitize their processes. This allowed them to fully focus on their customers and bike production, while giving their sales and marketing teams the right tools to succeed.”

Teamwork at Dynamic People

Collaboration within Dynamic People was also a highlight of Sean’s work. “Everyone brought their expertise to the table. From sales and marketing to project management and technology. I had the freedom to test and develop ideas while learning from my colleagues and they learned from me as well. It was this shared drive to help the client that allowed us to truly make a difference as one team.”

Entrepreneurship at Dynamic People

Sean’s entrepreneurial spirit truly flourishes at Dynamic People. “I love thinking outside the box and testing ideas when I see opportunities to help clients. Here, that mindset isn’t just allowed; it’s encouraged. You get the freedom to try new things and the trust to make them succeed.” Sean describes the culture at Dynamic People as entrepreneurial, engaged and challenging. “We take the plunge together, but you’re never alone. You learn the most by doing and there’s always support when you need it. It gives you the chance to grow and make a real impact.”

Innovation and AI-Driven Efficiency

Sean is always seeking ways to help clients work smarter and more efficiently, ensuring that innovation delivers clear, tangible benefits. “We’re in the midst of an AI revolution where everyone starts on an even playing field and opportunities abound. We’re reshaping the way we work—not just making processes more efficient but also making work itself more enjoyable. For example, by deploying AI agents within Dynamics CRM, we can automate repetitive tasks and support users in their daily activities, freeing up time for what truly matters: valuable customer interactions.”

Sean sees the rise of AI as a significant chance to help organizations future-proof their operations. “I love guiding clients on how to put AI into practice within their workflows. Not as something abstract or distant, but as a team member that helps us work faster and smarter. With ambitions ranging from 2x to 10x improvement, we can become much more effective.”

Passion and balance

Outside of his work at Dynamic People, Sean is also an active musician. He finds deep parallels between making music and working on client projects, where creativity and structure go hand in hand. “Whether I’m composing a song or designing a client solution, creativity and structure always go together. Sometimes you hit a creative block, just like in music. Taking a step back, sparring with colleagues and returning with a fresh perspective can make all the difference.”

For Sean, music serves as a vital way to stay sharp and creative in his professional life. “It teaches you to listen, experiment and keep searching for the right melody. That’s exactly what we do at Dynamic People to create the best solutions for our clients. We need to step back and get them involved. It’s a collaborative effort built on trust and partnership.”

What advice would you give to consultants considering a move to Dynamic People?

“If you want to join Dynamic People, you need to be curious, adaptable and energized by solving client challenges. Here, you get the chance to put your ideas into practice, work as part of a close-knit team and continuously develop yourself.”
