Dynamic People uses a number of project management methods, including the Microsoft Sure Step Method. This is a project management method like Prince 2, but specially developed by Microsoft for the successful delivery of Microsoft Dynamics CRM and ERP ((NAV (now Business Central) and AX (now D365 for Operations)) projects.
Microsoft Sure Step is a proven method, agile (flexible), practical and result-oriented. The right components of the Sure Step method are selected and applied for each customer and type of project.
With the phased, project plan approach, timeline and costs of an implementation can be calculated in advance. Every implementation is a project in which both the customer and the vendor have to actively cooperate to achieve the set goals. The project management component is an essential success factor here. It is in part from the position of this role that Dynamic People is able to make good on the many deliverables desired along the way, within the agreed timeline.
