What did you study?
Business Administration at Stenden University International Hotel Management Leeuwarden. Afterwards various courses and partial courses related to current developments in the field of management, IT and projects. Actually I still learn every day ..
What makes Dynamic People unique?
Within Dynamic People there is a lot of room for initiative, development and self-development. Despite the fact that it is a small organization, we as a team are able to develop high-quality products that really make a difference for a client.
What’s your role within Dynamic People?
I have a varied role within Dynamic People. For example, I am responsible for various projects, but I also help with business consultancy issues and various sales activities.
What do you look for in a job, and what makes working for Dynamic People so much fun?
I enjoy my work when initiative and entrepreneurship are stimulated. Working together on the best solution and just trying stuff out. In my view, doing nothing is not an option. This makes working for Dynamic People so much fun, because this space is fully offered. In addition, there is also real team work, it is a flat organization, but it is able to switch very quickly and deliver really high-quality products. In addition, the motto is also “Work hard, play hard!”. Besides work, there is a lot of attention for relaxation and personal development!
What are your ambitions?
Constantly looking for the best solution that creates added value for our clients but also for Dynamic People. Furthermore, the development and improvement of people in our organization! And above all, enjoy what you do every day!
Do you have a particular passion/ hobby?
After work, you can often find me in the kitchen and to ensure that I do not expand too much, I regularly run or like to ride my road bike!
