What is your role and what do you enjoy most about your job?

My function is D365 CE/Power Platform Consultant & Solution Architect, but I have several roles, depending on the project. Some projects I am the Lead Consultant and Solution Architect. Some I am just the Lead Consultant and some projects I sit together with the customer, think of the bigger picture and the high-level design of which solutions should be made and how and leave the actual implementation to my colleagues.

Do you have any hobbies or passions outside of work?

My biggest hobby was playing volleyball, but unfortunately due to an injury I am not able to play this anymore. Now I love watching football, spend time with my family and travel.

What is your favorite food, and do you have any secret food indulgences?

I am terrible with food. According to a lot of people (like my wife) I do not like a lot of food and it is difficult to make a lot of healthy food. If I can choose my favorite food, it is probably ‘kip tandoori’.

If you had to choose, which TV show or cartoon character would you say defines you?

I can’t say a tv show or Cartoon character is actually defining me, but when looking at ‘Mike Ross’ from the serie ‘Suits’, I can relate a bit with him. This is a person who is solving solutions with out-of-the-box solutions and is not afraid to say no. This because I also like to take a different approach then others will do.

Last but not least, what do you love about our company, and which core value connects with you the most?

The thing I like to most about Dynamic People are the people working there. There is always fun and willingness to help each other with any issue raised. Next to this I really like the level of knowledge of everyone. The number of high skilled employees is high at Dynamic People.
