Where are you from?

I live in the suburbs of Amsterdam.

What did you study?

I studied Chartered Accountancy (CA) in Amsterdam.

What makes Dynamic People unique?

See the solution, be the solution. When we can really look over the client’s shoulder, we can really help them and make a difference. Dynamic People prefers to operate not so much as a vendor, but as a partner.

We deliver the Microsoft Dynamics 365 portfolio in its broadest form. All the components that a modern ERP/CRM cloud solution should have. Products like Microsoft Dynamics Finance & Operations, Customer Engagement, Field Service, Marketing Automation, Power BI, Azure, Portals, PowerApps. Our experience is that on a lot of projects, it’s actually a combination of these products that you need to move forward.

What’s your role within Dynamic People?

I’m the CEO. In 2007, we started with two people, and now we’re with over 110 ‘dynamic’ people. The financial component is still a very important part of our services. We have clients in asset management, banks, but also commodity clients where currency, positions and valuations are very important.

What do you look for in a job, and what makes working for Dynamic People so much fun?

Every day is different, and that makes for a lot of challenges. Especially with the new market developments that go so fast, the real trick is applying the right components with the right clients.

What are your ambitions?

I believe in “best of breed”. Every day we are striving to get the most out of the systems for our clients. By linking both the Microsoft products and the non-Microsoft products. Ideally by using the products we develop in-house, which we are putting out on the market with Dynamics Products, for example. The KYC solution, CRM4Commodities, FX manager and the Dynamic Configurator.

Do you have a particular passion/ hobby?

I like windsurfing and snowboarding. Every week we do a boot camp with our team in Rembrandtpark.
