Burhan Urhan has found his way really easily and he is already active in the field on the Oasen project
Burhan Urhan has been working for a company that was implementing CRM. “Only one sort of CRM and nothing else. I have been doing that for six years and this kind of focussing is okay, but it did set its limits on the solution that we could provide. We were the only system integrator for this CRM suite in The Netherlands and I wanted to widen my scope and see by myself what others had to offer. That is why I followed an external training and got my Microsoft Dynamics certificate. I was impressed, because Dynamics is so much more than just a CRM. From that moment on I realised that I had to make a career switch, because I wanted to work with Dynamics.”
On the first of March 2018 Burhan started as a Microsoft Dynamics 365 consultant at Dynamic People. “It has been very refreshing. Here I have colleagues that are professional sparring partners and that is what I have missed for too long. I have used the first three weeks for self-study on the e-learning portal and I have been developing and testing in the demo-environment. Safe practicing to prepare myself for the real work. My new colleagues do their utmost to help me as much as they can and they make time to answer all my questions so I was able to make a quick start.”
After a training period Burhan has become a member of the implementation team for Oasen
“That was a big step, but it felt good from the beginning. I do have a lot of CRM experience and benefit from that knowhow right now. The shell is different from what I was used to, but a CRM is a CRM although Dynamics is of another – much higher – level. This is a comprehensive total solution that integrates Field Service, Sales, Finance and Operations.”
The scope of the project of the drinking water supply company Oasen in Gouda
At this time Oasen is renewing the major part of its ICT environment. The drinking water supply company has selected Dynamic People as the implementation partner for Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations (Enterprise Edition), Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Sales and Dynamics 365 for Field Service. “It feels great to be part of a team of experts and work on this challenging project. It was the right decision for me to take the turn to Dynamic People, because here I have all the possibilities for further personal development.”
