Where are you from?

Born in Delft, grew up in Leusden, and since 2003 have lived near Amsterdam.

What did you study?

Business Administration at VU Amsterdam.

What makes Dynamic People unique?

Dynamic People is a great team that works for each other and with each other, but most of all for the client. We don’t just do the standard job, we make sure that we go that little extra step further for our clients.

What’s your role within Dynamic People?

Team leader of the BI team.

What do you look for in a job, and what makes working for Dynamic People so much fun?

The work is very varied and challenging. No two days are the same, and that’s what makes it fun.

What are your ambitions?

I want to put the BI team’s vision statement, “To enable customers to generate insights and actions from their data”, into practice with all our clients. I want to help the team keep growing, not only in the standard BI but in related areas as well like Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence.

Do you have a particular passion/ hobby?

At the moment I have three young children, which means I don’t have a lot of time for hobbies. But playing outside, going to dance lessons and other activities with our kids is something I really like doing, and you could call that a hobby.
